    Description

A notice from the German government regarding an employee at Steyr Daimler Puch which appears to be similar to a US draft card.  Although this one seems a little different, as it appears to be notifying the employee of the company as to his legal obligation through his company that he may be called at any time for service.
Below is a rough translation of the document.  The envelope is in cursive and is a name and address.  I think his name might be Emil Milter but it is hard to read.
A very significant document as this is during the time Germany was overtaking it southern neighbors as a prelude to the invasion of Poland and the start of WW2.
