Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this 1997 BMW Z3 Roadster. The BMW Z3 is a range of two-seater sports cars which was produced from 1995 to 2002. The Z3 was based on the E36 3 Series platform, while using the rear semi-trailing arm suspension design of the older E30 3 Series. It is the first mass-produced Z Series car. Development on the roadster began in 1991 and was led by Burkhard Goschel. The exterior was designed by Joji Nagashima, being completed in mid-1992 at 39 months before production and the design was frozen in 1993. Design patents were filed on April 2, 1994, in Germany and on September 27, 1994 in the US. The Z3 was introduced via video press release by BMW North America on June 12, 1995. Production began on September 20, 1995. The Z3 was the first BMW model to be solely manufactured outside of Germany. It was manufactured in Greer, South Carolina. Roadster models entered production in September 1995, powered by 4-cylinder engines on launch. 6-cylinder engines were later introduced in 1996. A removable hardtop roof was available as an optional accessory. Powering this 1997 BMW Z3 is the M44B19 producing 103 Kw (138 HP) at 6,000 RPM and 180 N.m ( 133 LB-FT) at 3,900 RPM from the factory. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
