All Original 1920s Gamewell Oval Iron Fire Alarm Pull Box with Working Mechanism

Description

All original antique 1920s Gamewell cast iron fire alarm pull box in the uncommon oval form factor. Mechanism winds and runs perfectly, and the number transmitted by the signaling cam inside the mechanism matches the number on the outside of the box. Appears to be mostly original paint with the remnants of some sloppy past wall painting jobs around the sides. Very cool piece of firefighting history!
