    DESCRIPTION: Here is a vintage, (1920's is my GUESS) octagonal brass tag stamped with .... A_D_T_ LOCK ON WATER ALARMS - BECK GIBSON ST SYSTEMS.....  The intersection of Beck and Gibson streets is in Buffalo NY near Sycamore and Fillmore.  I think this would relate to the fire department. ..maybe a ID tag for a lock on an alarm box?
