German WW2 house clearance lot of 52x postcards, Cherbourg, Boulogne, Ostende, Brussels, Antwerp
A very nice lot of postcards which were found during a house clearance in Germany.
The lot exists of 52x postcards which are all placed on carton sheets and show cities in Belgium and France were the soldier was active during the war. He has written a date of 13.6.1942 and 11.9.1942 in pencil.
The lot can nicely be presented as they are placed on carton sheets already, or they can be cut out and sold individually as they are only placed on one site of the carton sheet. An interesting lot of postcards making one melancholic when you see how beautiful these cities were in those days before the destruction of the war.
