The condition of the pencil drawing is consistent with its 78 years with a couple light surface cracks near mostly near the bottom edge.
The pencil drawing is on a light tan hand made finish type paper with some very light and scattered foxing. P

matted with a beveled edge and framed under glass circa 1990's. Condition of the painted wood frame is very fine with a couple small light nicks. The outer frame measures:
H 16 3/8" x W 12 3/4".
