    This is a
    Rare ADT Antique Telegraph Fire Box Alarm Pull Box Station with Key and Hammer.  You can see the key and hammer in picture #1.  The mechanical works appear to be all brass and all of this unit appears to be original.
    This was tested and appears to telegraph the call box ID-1-4-4, so I believe this could be connected today and work as designed.
