    That address is now next to a government building, the Dept. of Labor & Industry.

    But I digress.
    This is a peace-loving poster from the great era of pot, green weed, marijuana, the ole' MJ.
    The image is a play on Good Humor Ice Cream (now known as Breyers) which was originally sold on annoying ice cream trucks that played that relentless jingle through the streets all summer long. "Here's 10¢, Billy! Go get yourself some GOOD HUMOR!" And then Billy did. Boy did he.
    Maybe it was funnier if you were a youngster in 1971, but it's downright AWESOME today.
