Vintage Fire Truck Siren.. front and back lights, Siren not working..for restore

Vintage Fire Truck Siren.. front and back lights... Siren not working.
Both of the lights work sometimes need a little Jimmy... Evidently the siren does not work... I tried it with 12 volt and 6 volt and didn't get anything.. there was a little rattle inside so I went in and noticed there was a loose spring and four broken little formica wings..?  .. please look at photos carefully as I show where the little wings break off...
The larger red front lenses missing the seal which was hard and cracked and dry...
There were some old dents in the Chrome that look to have been pounded out...
I offer this iron as is for parts, the top tag is marked 6 DC WLRD 1E10E2
The last little formica wing of the four that I took a picture of has broken off also... They were so brittle there was no possible way to save them... I was hoping to at least save the shape but I think the shape is still there between the pieces.. would be a nice siren light if restored
