    Description

    Here are two Vintage Vanguard Heat/Fire Detector Alarm V-2 Atomic Pink (Rose) 8-Point Starburst, Retro Atomic, 6" in diameter. This is a mechanical wind-up bell system that has a metal disk designed to deform at 136 degrees and begin ringing like an old time school bell. It is not a smoke detector. Very cool Mod Mid-Century piece of functional equipment.
    These items are vintage pre-owned used, with some smudges, slight scratches and a little dirt. Both detectors have been tested for bell ring and both work soundly. One comes with an original mounting bracket. Both cleaned lightly.
