  • Condition: Sold as is. It sputters along when you pull the lever, but further functionality is unknown. Appears to be missing some pieces. Scratches and surface wear as shown. Please view photos.

    For Sale: Antique Red ADT Fire Alarm
    Heavy cast metal body with text "For Fire Pat'd Mar 31 08". About 9" x 6" x 5" tall and weighs 12 lbs. Open the front door to access the lever. Remove the screw to access the interior. Brass plate below the door "Underwriters Laboratories Inspected Fire and Watch Box No. 2087697".
    Pull the lever down and you can hear the gears sputtering along for about a minute. (As in it hangs up some, but does eventually return the lever to starting position.) Beyond that I can't speak about functionality. Sold as is. Device has scratches and surface wear on the exterior. Appears to be missing front glass, top screw (to match photo #10), red jewel (photo #9), and other components.
