After September 1939,Germany
annexed part of
Poland
, and from the rest, Germans created an occupied part officially known as ‘Generalgouvernement’.
During their occupation Germans installed there the postal service under the name ‘Deutsches Post Osten’.
All postal forms were tri-lingual (German,
Polish and French
).
This is a blank 'Custom Declaration Form' issued in July 1940.
