This is an unusual one, done as a form letter on the stationary of a Grenadier Replacement Battalion, asking the Military Registration Office in Berlin to forward all files they have on the Obergefreiter (corporal) named inside - apparently he arrived for duty but didn't have any paperwork?  Hey, accidents happened even in the German army!  Very clean, signed by an Oberleutnant, and a very unusual little document.
